Steve Vargerson Managing Director Steve has been with Agenta for over 11 years. Starting as Despatch Manager he became Operations Director, then Managing Director two years ago. He has been instrumental in successfully raising the company’s profile to enable it to become an accredited supplier to all the major UK county councils. He has focused the company on quality of product and service.	Stephen Morgan BA (Hons) MA Director of Education Steve has been with Agenta for over 5 years starting as Sales and Marketing Manager, following a number of years in educational supply and toy retail. He has been actively involved in the successful growth of Agenta’s educational business – customer and product development. He was appointed to the Board in 2008 in recognition of this achievement.
Billy Hutt Purchasing Director Billy has worked for Agenta for 14 years, and was made a director some years ago in recognition for his hard work and support in all departments. He has a proven track record in stock management, having many years’ experience in purchasing and supply.	Janet Vargerson Accounts Manager Janet has been with Agenta for over 12 years, having worked in administration for many years in both the private and local education sectors. She is responsible for maintaining all Agenta’s accounting systems.
David McArthur Stock Control Manager David has been with Agenta for over 5 years, joining the company from an electronic retailer where he was a stock controller. He has successfully implemented a stock forecasting system to enable the company to predict sales demands from the varied customer base.	Philip Gibbons, F.C.A Financial Director Philip has been a chartered accountant for nearly 40 years. He has been associated with Agenta since it was established; his financial expertise and strategy have been paramount in Agenta's continuing success.
